(A1) Yes, there are certain items that are not allowed to be stored in CloudRoom. Please refer to the following list of prohibited items.

• Cash, Securities, Bank Book, Postal Stamp, Revenue Stamp, Certificate, Important Documents, Company Stamp, Credit Card, Cash Card.
• Fragile Objects (Precision Tools, Glassware, Ceramics, Buddhist Altars, etc.)
• Items that may emit magnetism and affect other stored items.
• Combustibles (Such as Kerosene, Gasoline, Gas Cylinders, Matches, Lighters, Painting Chemical, etc.)
• Dangerous Items or Deleterious Substances (Such as Pesticides, Powerful Drugs, Gunpowder, Poisonous Substances, Chemicals, Radioactive Substances)
• Items that may emit offensive odours or foul odours.
• Food, Animals, Plants (Including Seeds and Seedlings)
• Any Item that has its length more than 200cm.
• Any Item that weighs more than 80 Kg.
• Any goods that values more than 10,000 ThB.
• Liquid
• Garbage
• Items prohibited by law.
• Goods that are offensive to public order and morals.

(A2) For the time being, our service is only limited to Bangkok area. In case you wish to use our service outside Bangkok, please contact CloudRoom Customer Service for more information.

(A3) CloudRoom operates 24/7 security system. Every single storage room is equipped with surveillance camera that can be monitored extensively at all times. Moreover, we also provide a high security by concealing the location of the warehouse and
allowing only employees to enter the room.

(A4) The storage area is fully equipped with air-conditioning system. Temperature and humidity are carefully controlled to prevent mold from growing.

(A5) Yes, there is a compensation up to 3,000 ThB per 1 unit of stored item in case any accident occurs while the item is being transferred or kept in CloudRoom.

(A6) Yes, you can. Please be informed that our staff will be taking the photos of the items inside the carton box at your location and will send the carton box to CloudRoom afterward.

(A7) If you do not wish to have your items photographed, you can put small items into a box and/or a bag and itemize them as a unit of “bag” or “box.” According to company regulation, such item will not need to take the photo inside but only the box and/or the bag itself.

(A8) It depends on the area of your location. As a general practice, CloudRoom staff can be scheduled to go to your place on the next business day, subject to availability, after the request of on-site quotation has been made.

* On-site quotation is restricted to customers who reside in Bangkok. In case your location is outside of Bangkok, please contact CloudRoom Customer Service for more information.

(A9) Yes, you can. You will need 3 documents to register under a corporate name.
(1) A Valid Company Registration
(2) Company’s VAT Registration Document (Por-Por-20)
(3) ID Card or Passport of the Company Representative(s)
*Photocopies of above-mentioned documents must be signed by one of the representative(s) with the company seal to prove it as a “certified true copy.”

(A10) CloudRoom follows a specific procedure when contacting customers using their registered mobile phone number. If a customer fails to answer the phone upon the scheduled arrival of service delivery, the staff will then contact the juristic office (if it’s a condominium). As there are scheduled service deliveries for other customers, the staff can only wait for the customer at the location for up to 30 minutes.

If the customer cannot be reached out within the designated time, they will be charged a service fee of 300 Thai Baht. For customers who have subscribed to a long-term package and are eligible for free shipping, missing this service will be counted as using 1 (one) of their monthly complimentary shippings.

(B1) All plans are mainly categorised into 2 types

(1) Calculation by an actual use; “Per-Cell” Plan is to be calculated by an actual area of all items combined.

(2) Subscription with certain period of time + fixed price; this subscription has a wide range of selections based on the amount of storing items:

• Entry Plan
• Classic Plan
• Standard Plan
• Business Plan
• Executive Plan

*The 2nd type also includes complimentary shipping(s) based on the selected plan.

(B2) There are 2 types of how to store a clothing item, either it comes with a hanger or it is kept in a box. Every clothing item with a hanger is all set to be equivalent to 65 Cell per 1 item. All clothing items must be cleaned to prevent a mould from growing (with additional cost) before transferred to the storage room. As for the case of clothing item without a hanger, the amount of Cell shall be calculated by the area in the condition where the clothing item is being fold.

(B3) As for any kind of books, each book item will be counted as 3 Cell regardless of its size. However, if books are kept in the carton box, the dimension of this carton box will be used to calculate the number of Cell instead.

(B4) Per-Cell Plan, just like its name, is to calculate the item from its actual dimension and convert into Cell (1000 cm3 = 1 Cell). The number of Cell (1 Cell costs 3 ThB) will determine the storage fee for each month. This plan is suitable for those who want to try out the service by starting from a few amount of items.

Per-Cell plan is also used for the short-termed subscription (less than 6 months). Short-termed storage (less than 6 months) is not allowed to use Entry plan onwards.

*Please note that the service fee of Per-Cell plan will be charged by calculating the fee of whole month (on a monthly or 30-day basis) regardless of the starting date of item storage in any month. Kindly refer to the payment section for more details.

(B5) The number of Cell is varied according to the type of plan which will be defined by an actual area of all items stored in CloudRoom.

e.g. The dimension of “CloudRoom Standard Box” (M) (35 x 45x 34 cm = 53,550 cm3) which is equivalent to 54 Cell, but CloudRoom Standard Box is rounded up to 50 Cell (You gain 4 Cell). Each plan can store the number of CloudRoom Standard Box (M) differently as shown below.

• Entry Plan – can store up to 6 CloudRoom Standard Boxes (M)
• Classic Plan – can store up to 21 CloudRoom Standard Boxes (M)
• Standard Plan – can store up to 50 CloudRoom Standard Boxes (M)
• Business Plan – can store up to 83 CloudRoom Standard Boxes (M)
• Executive Plan – can store up to 166 CloudRoom Standard Boxes (M)

In case of the normal big carton box (L) (50 × 50 × 45 cm = 112,500 cm3) which is equivalent to 113 Cell. Each plan can store the number of carton box (L) as shown below.

• Entry Plan – can store up to 3 big carton boxes (L)
• Classic Plan – can store up to 11 big carton boxes (L)
• Standard Plan – can store up to 26 big carton boxes (L)
• Business Plan – can store up to 44 big carton boxes (L)
• Executive Plan – can store up to 88 big carton boxes (L)

(B6) Yes, you may change the plan from one to another within the same month. In case of any change of Cell or a storage fee of Per-Cell Plan, the highest rate within the same month shall be used to calculate the entire monthly payment. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

(C1) No, the shipping fee does not cost per item, but costs per 1 time of shipping. You may request as many items as you wish for a shipping per 1 time. The shipping fee is varied based on the type of vehicle you choose: motorbike, private car or a truck.

(C2) This depends on the location you reside. As for a general practice, the item(s) shall be delivered to you the following business day after a take-out request is made.
*Delivery location is limited in Bangkok only.

(C3) You may send us your request via e-mail or contact our staff via LINE App directly.

(C4) As for our security reason, no one is allowed to enter the storage area of CloudRoom. However, you may contact us to schedule the time to drop off your item(s) at the depot for item inspection nearby BTS Bangchak (E10), one-minute walk from the station. You may contact Customer Support directly through LINE App in case of emergency.

(D1) In case of individual customer, please refer to the following list of payment method.

• Credit Card (Visa, JCB and Master Card)
• Debit Card (Visa, JCB and Master Card)
• Banking Transfer (Transfer fee is to be paid by the customer)

In case of corporate customer, please refer to the following list of payment method.

(D2) Yes, you can change it by contacting our Customer Support.

(D3) The monthly fee is to be calculated at the end of the month. Invoice will be sent to you in the beginning (on the 5th to 10th day) of the following month. If the number of Cell is changed during the course of the month, the highest number of Cell will be used to calculate for the monthly payment of that month.

(D4) The reminder will be sent to your e-mail if your payment is overdue from an overdue payment of the first billing cycle.

If the customer has overdue payments of storage service for 3 billing cycles or more, the company reserves the right to suspend any activities of your stored items in the warehouse until the service payment is made regularly. The notice will be sent to notify the customer through the contact information provided in the system.

In the case of overdue payments of storage service for 4 billing cycles or more, the company will dispose of the stored items, and the customer shall be responsible for the expenses incurred in the disposal, as well as all outstanding service charges. The customer will be notified in advance through a written correspondence, email, or the contact channels that the customer has registered in our system.

Please be informed that the company will contact or notify the customer about service fees via e-mail address provided in our system. The customers are strongly recommended to verify the information on a regular basis.

(D5) For the case of package plan (Above Entry plan), the contract starts or is cancelled in the middle of the month, the monthly

fee is to be charged on a dailly basis. (Calculation to find a daily expense)

(Actual No. of Storing Days) x (Monthly Fee ÷ 30 days) = Amount that you pay*

*Decimal number is set to be rounded up.

*Please note that the per-cell plan does not apply to the daily prorate.

(D6) Monthly storage fee for Per-Cell plan (stored area that is less than 400 Cell) is calculated on a monthly basis regardless of the starting date of each month.

For example, the customer who starts Per-Cell plan with stored area of 120 Cell on 12 June, the storage fee will be charged for the whole month (120 Cell x 3 ThB = 360 ThB). Even the customer starts on 25 June, the storage fee will remain the same,  360 ThB. There will be no breakdown to a daily charge like other plans.

Therefore, using Per-Cell plan at the beginning of the month is highly recommended for our customers. It also applies the same to the return date of items, the date should be around at the end of the month for the highest value from the paid storage fee.

You may also choose the payment method from automatic monthly payment or banking transfer. Feel free to let us know which method of payment you prefer through our contact channel: e-mail, mobile or LINE.

(E1) All spendings through each month are to be automatically accumulated into your account balance in points. Every 100 ThB is equivalent to 1 Point, each point has a value of 1 ThB. You can spend your Point for a shipping fee.

(E2) Upon a cancellation of the contract, you may schedule the time to take out all the
items from CloudRoom by yourself.

(E3) If you wish to have your items discarded or destroyed, CloudRoom also provide a destruction service with a certificate (i.e.confidential documents) at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information about the destruction service.

(E4) Free shipping for each request can be redeemed up to 1,000 Cell. In case there is no shipping fee included in the chosen plan, the first 1,000 Cell is charged at 300 ThB. Moreover, the shipping fee (starting from 1,001 Cell) will further be charged for every additional stored area of 500 Cell.

For example, if the customer of Standard Plan makes a take-out request to have the items of 1,200 sent to his/her location, the shipping fee will be 300 ThB. (The first 1,000 Cell, equivalent to 300 ThB) is free of charge and additional 300 ThB is charged for the surplus of 200 Cell.

*Free shipping is applicable to Entry Plan (1/month), Classic Plan (1/month), Standard Plan (2/month), Business Plan (3/month), Executive Plan (4/month) and cannot be accrued to the following month.
**Free shipping is also applicable to the use of the service for the first time.

(E5) The shipping fee refers to the cost incurred for the utilization of a truck, fuel, and a driver. CloudRoom charges a flat rate of 300 THB per trip for shipping fees within the Bangkok area.

(E6) Handling fee refers to the cost associated with the physical handling and preparation of items for shipping. This includes the cost of packaging materials, labor involved in packing items and other expenses related to getting the items ready for transportation.

The handling fee for the first 1000 Cell per transfer is free of charge, but for every additional 500 Cell, a handling fee of 300 THB will be imposed.
